Common Questions
Frequently asked questions
Answers to what most people ask before working with us.
How long does it take to get a quote?
For most commercial accounts, we can provide a quote the same business day — often within a few hours. Complex accounts or specialty risks may take 1–2 business days to market.
What information do I need to provide for a commercial quote?
For most lines: business name, address, years in business, revenue/payroll, and a brief description of operations. Some lines like commercial auto need a vehicle list and driver information.
Can I get a Certificate of Insurance the same day?
Yes. Once your policy is bound, we issue Certificates of Insurance (ACORD 25 or 28) the same business day through our online portal.
Do you work with businesses outside California?
Our primary focus is California, but we can assist businesses operating in multiple states through our carrier relationships. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
What does 'independent agency' mean?
An independent agency represents multiple insurance carriers, not just one. This means we shop your account across carriers to find the best combination of coverage and price — we're not tied to one company's products.
How do I file a claim?
You file claims directly with your insurance carrier. We'll provide you with your carrier's claims contact information at binding, and we're available to assist if you run into issues during the claims process.
